We collect personal information that is necessary for providing our subscription service (monthly delivery of silver coins) and operating our website. This may include:
• Contact and account details: Full name, email address, phone number, delivery address (including postcode and state).
• Payment-related information: Billing details (handled securely by our payment provider eWAY; we do not store full credit card or bank account numbers ourselves).
• Subscription details: Your chosen package (Starter, Builder, Legacy), preferences, communication history (e.g., emails about monthly previews, pauses, skips, or cancellations).
• Website usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, date/time of access (collected automatically via cookies or similar technologies for site functionality and analytics).
• Other information: Any details you voluntarily provide when contacting support (e.g., via email or phone) or in feedback.
We do not collect sensitive information (e.g., health, racial, or financial details beyond what's needed for orders) unless you provide it and it's relevant.
We collect personal information:
• Directly from you: When you sign up for a subscription, complete forms on our website, set up direct debit, update your details, contact support@silverstash.com.au,(mailto:support@silverstash.com.au) or respond to emails (e.g., monthly price previews).
• Automatically: Through website cookies, analytics tools, or server logs when you browse our site.
• From third parties: From our payment provider (eWAY) for transaction confirmations, or Australia Post for delivery tracking/updates (limited to what's needed).
We only collect what is reasonably necessary for our functions.
We collect and use your personal information primarily to:
• Process and fulfil your subscription (e.g., send monthly coin previews, process payments, package and dispatch orders).
• Communicate with you about your subscription (e.g., email previews 2 days before billing, delivery updates, responses to enquiries).
• Provide customer support and handle cancellations, pauses, skips, returns, or complaints.
• Improve our services, website, and user experience (e.g., anonymous analytics).
• Comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax records, dispute resolution).
• Send occasional service-related updates (we do not send marketing emails unless you opt in).
We may disclose your personal information to:
• Service providers we engage (e.g., eWAY for payments, Australia Post for shipping, email providers for communications) — only as needed and under confidentiality.
• Professional advisors (e.g., accountants, lawyers) if required.
• Authorities if legally required (e.g., court order).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing.
We do not currently disclose personal information to overseas recipients. If this changes (e.g., using an overseas cloud service), we will take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient complies with Australian privacy laws (or equivalent protections) and update this policy.
