Shipping policy
Silverstash deliveries are sent within Australia only, using tracked postal services (Australia Post).​
Orders are processed on the 1st of each month and are dispatched within 3 business days of the payment being received.

Shipping costs are a flat rate of $9.95 and will be added to the order total before checkout. Shipping times are estimated at between 5 and 7 working days, longer for rural deliveries.
Refund policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees. If you would like to cancel, please contact us at support@silverstash.com.au.

If we have already posted your delivery and you want a refund, please contact us at support@silverstash.com.au. You will be required to return the delivery at your own expense. The funds will be transferred to your account as soon as we have received the returned delivery.
